Star-Care 5 Year Warranty
Graphene Protect is backed by our Star-Care 5 Year Performance Warranty for your peace of mind. Provided you follow all wash and care instructions provided by us we back it's performance for 5 years.
We provide you with everything you'll need to take care of your vehicle and keep it looking great! In some cases you may be able to extend the lifetime of your Graphene Protect by going above and beyond in caring for your vehicle. We outline all the ways in which you can help your vehicle continue looking great in our Help & Care Advice.
It's important you read and understand all warranty limitations before washing your vehicle for the first time after it has been coated. A Warranty Card will included in the Wash Pack for your reference. Many products will claim to do a great job at washing your vehicle, but not all of them deliver, that is why we have provided you with a Wash and Care Pack designed to be used on your protected vehicle. You can also purchase further products from our store if and when needed.
Terms & Conditions
Like any warranty there are certain terms & conditions that are in play. We want to be transparent about what we offer, that's why we're upfront about everything you should expect including the lifespan of Graphene Protect. Nothing in the coating industry will last forever, but with care and attention they will serve you and your vehicle well.
Our warranty is not a paint warranty and will not cover factory defects in paintwork. Our warranty covers the performance of Graphene Protect and the benefits of having your car coated. We cannot cover damaged or performance related claims when third-party products, wash gear, or services are used.
Our Star-Care Warranty only covers our external coatings and doesn't cover internal protection of any kind. This is due to the unpredictable wear that internal seats are subjected to on a daily basis. In some circumstances we can provide a quote for a re-application of already coated leather or fabric seats.
